Potato Chana(chick pea) Salad


Very Tasty and healthy salad which very refreshing and light. One can have this salad as a snack substitute for weight loss and still feel full and energetic.

Serve: 4 to 6                                           Preparation Time: 10 minutes




Ingredients
  • 2 teacup boiled chick peas

  • 2 boiled potatoes, cut into small cubes

  • 2 tomaotes, chopped

  • 1/2 tsp lemon jiuse

  • 1/2 tsp finely chopped green chillies

  • 1 tsp chaat masala

  • 1tbsp chopped coriander

  • salt to taste
Method
  1. Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl.

  2. Store in refrigerator for an hour.

  3. Serve cold.
