Eggless Chocolate Brownie


Excellent and easy making brownie at home. Serve as it is or with Ice cream for a perfect dessert.

Ingredients
  • 100 gms softened butter, (preferably unsalted butter)

  • 170 gms (3/4th cup) castor sugar ( or grind sugar in grinder)

  • 1/2 cup curd (at room temperature)

  • 3 tsp coffee mixed properly in a few drops of water

  • handful of chopped walnuts (optional)

  • 50 gms roughly chopped dark chocolate(70%)

  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder

  • 1/2 cup plain flour (maida)

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
Method 
  1. Mix butter and sugar really well.

  2. Then add curd/yogurt and mix slowly.

  3. Then add walnuts, dark chocolate, coffee.

  4. Then add plain flour, baking pwder, cocoa pwder. Mix well  slowly.

  5. The mixture wud be of thick consistency and not atall like cake batter.

  6. Grease the tin or microwave bowl and pour the mixture in it.

  7. Bake it in oven at 180 degrees C for about 40min or in microwave for 15 min on HIGH.

  8. You can check if it is baked properly by inserting clean knife. If it comes out clean,it means it is done.

  9. Take out the brownie of the mould when it cools down.

  10. Let it cool for another hour before cutting it.

  11. Serve with Tea or even for birthday celebrations or with Vanilla ice cream on side.
