Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp saltshopping list
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- 1 1/3 cups milk
- In a large bowl sift together the dry ingredients
- Add the milk, vinegar, and melted butter
- Whisk until there are only a few lumps
- Ladle onto a medium hot skillet
- Flip when the first side is golden brown
- Remove when the second side is golden brown
