Green Chutney


A green mint and coriander flavoured chutney great for Samosas, Kachoris, Dhoklas and sandwich spreads. Green chutney is the most sorted Indian accompaniment.

Prepataion Time: 10 minutes


Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Green coriander

  • 2 tbsp Mint leaves

  • 1/4 cup Raw mango

  • 2 green chillies

  • 1tsp zeera

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 1 tsp Lemon juice

  • salt to taste
Method:
  1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender. Blend to make a fine Paste.

  2. Add water if necesaary.

  3. Serve with stuffed Parathas, Chaat, Pakodas etc.
