Eggless Vanilla Ice Cream


Eggless Ice Cream is a very popular recipe. Learn how to make/prepare Eggless Ice Cream by following this easy recipe.

Preparation Time : 15-30 mins                     Serve: 2





Ingredients: 
1 cup Milk
1 tbsp Corn Flour heaped
7 tbsps Sugar (heaped)
1 & 1/2 tbsp Condensed Milk
1 cup Cream (I use a can of -170 ml - Nestle cream)
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
Few drops of Red/Yellow Colour.

Method
  1. Boil milk.

  2. Mix corn flour with a little cold milk in separate bowl and add to the boiling milk.

  3. Cook till slightly thick.

  4. Add sugar and condensed milk. Mix well or blend in a blender and keep in fridge to cool down.

  5.  When cold add cream and mix again.

  6.  Add vanilla essence and few drops of food coloring(optional). Mix well.

  7. Freeze in a closed container.

  8. Beat it up with eggbeater or in a blender after it is half set. Freeze again.

  9. This can also be set in ice cream containers (with sticks) for kids. There is no need to blend a second time when set in these containers.

  10. Serve chilled topped with either chocolate syrup or fresh fruits.
Tips:
  • Add different flower essence to make different ice creams.

  • You can add fruit chunks also after second blend and freeze.
