Eggless cheese Cake


Delicious and different cheese cake. Taste amazing!

Preparation Time: 10 mins.                 Cooking Time: 40-50 mins.

Serves: 7 to 8 people




Ingredients
For Crust:
  • 1 cup Digestive Biscuits crumbs

  • 3 to 4 tbsp butter

  • 2 tbsp Icing Sugar
For Cake:
  • 200 gms Cream Cheese (Any Good Brand would do)

  • 1 cup White Chocolate Chopped

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 3 tbsp Sweetened Milk

  • 4 to 5 tbsp Refined Flour or Wheat Flour or All Purpose Flour

  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract Or Vanilla Essence

  • 3 tbsp Flaxseed
Method
Crust Preparation:
  1. Take a greased pan of any shape.

  2. Mix biscuit crumbs,butter and sugar.

  3. Put in grease tin and bake at 150°C for about 7 mins.
Cake Preparation:
  1. Sieve flour, sugar and keep aside.

  2. Melt white chocolate in a microwave bowl Or double boiling. Just ensure the chocolate doesn’t stick to the bottom.

  3. Combine cream cheese, condensed milk.

  4. Beat with a stand mixer or beater till the batter is soft and smooth.

  5. Now add flaxseed paste (Grind flaxseed with9tbsp of water to form a smooth paste) slowly little by little.

  6. Again beat well.

  7. Once the mixture is incorporated well, add slowly the dry ingredients.

  8. Beat on a low speed with the beater or with a spoon.

  9. Now add Vanilla Extract or Vanilla Essence.

  10. Pour the Batter over the crust.

  11. Bake at 200°C for about 10 mins. Then decrease the temperature to 130°C.

  12. Bake for about 40 mins in water bath.

  13. The cake will become brown from top. The edges would be slightly firm.

  14. Let the cake cool down.

  15. Refrigerate this cake overnight or for about 3 hours.

  16. Serve chilled with Icecream Or Hot Chocolate Sauce.
